The Keep38

Positive: Location Negative: We had fully paid €960 for a six-night stay well before our holiday and were looking forward to staying at Keep38. As we were already staying nearby before our check-in date, we decided to visit the property beforehand to see where we would be staying. While the apartment itself may have been renovated and well presented, the overall apartment building was completely different from what we expected based on the photos in the listing. In our opinion, the building appeared neglected, the entrance and foyer areas were in very poor condition, and there was no apparent security to prevent people from freely entering the building. Unfortunately, this made us feel uncomfortable and we did not feel safe staying there. We contacted the owner to explain our concerns. Although she was understandably disappointed with our decision, we could not proceed with our booking because we didn't feel the building met our expectations or that we would be comfortable staying there. As a result, we did not stay at the property. After several emails back and forth, the owner agreed to refund 50% of the amount we had paid, which we appreciated, although it was still disappointing to lose the remaining balance for accommodation we ultimately felt unable to use. This situation unfortunately put a dampener on part of our holiday. I have uploaded photos of the building's entrance and foyer so future guests can make an informed decision, as we don't believe the listing accurately reflects the condition of the building in which the apartment is located. This review is based on our personal experience and the condition of the building we observed before our scheduled check-in.

Positive: Stanza grande e tutta nuova,ottimi i servizi e posizione ottima per visitare il centro storico e la città nuova.

Die Lage ist Top - nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen Positive: Die Lage war super und sehr zentral. Es ist alles neu und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Aufzug. Negative: Der Wasserhahn im Bad war sehr klein es kam wenig Wasser raus. Ebenso war der Duschkopf sehr klein. Die Verdunklungsvorhänge haben leider nicht wirklich abgedunkelt es war sehr hell in der Wohnung. Auch der Nachbar gegenüber war sehr laut und telefonierte im Hausflur. Das Bett war sehr ungemütlich und ich bekam nach 2 Tagen Rückenschmerzen. Die Kissen alle außer 1 sind zu hart. Die Kommunikation beim Checkin und checkout musste ich vorantreiben da mir bis kurz vor Ankunft der Code fehlte.
