The property is not prepared to rent yet! They have to repair the drains, because the smell is really bad
Positive: The house is new and spacious
Negative: In the house stink from floor drains, and they know that but they say it can’t be fixed, that this is usually in this part of Rhodes!
There is no shatter and you can’t use the balcony or terrace after 8:00 am because it’s too hot, after the sun goes down there is a lot of mosquitos

Ottima esperienza
Positive: Le twin villas di Gennadi sono 2 ville attaccate, indipendenti, con entrata in comune. Sono strutture nuovissime con aria condizionata in ogni stanza, pulite, grandi e molto comode. Vicina alla spiaggia di Gennadi (raggiungibile a piedi). Vicino al centro di Lindos (20 minuti di auto).

The Ideal place for exploring Rhodos, with fantastic vallue for money and worldclass servic from the staff.
Positive: Large and Spacious, brand new! Quality furniture’s, AC I every room. Parking inside the fence of the property.
