Spilia Bay Villas (Emmanuela)

We had a fantastic two weeks at Spillia villa s and would certainly return again. Positive: We were a bit worried by some of the reviews but were pleasantly surprised when we saw that many issues had been fixed. The walls between the villas is a big improvement and provides the privacy that was missing before. The villa was well equipped, clean and very comfortable.All of the villas had been painted white and looked great. The views and surrounding area was outstanding. Negative: The bathrooms were in need of some attention and the balcony had no seating. The shared garden/games area was disappointing and the cave spa was not available for use. However, the Bougainvillea flowers were beautiful.

Super Villa mit kleinen Verbesserungen Positive: Unser Host war unglaublich freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben. Check In / Out verlief super entspannt und ohne Komplikationen. Ein großer Pool und ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Haben auch ein Gastgeschenk bekommen, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Badetücher + Handtücher waren ebenfalls für alle vorhanden. Die Küche hatte eine gute Ausstattung, inkl Seife und schwämme. Der Garten war sehr schön mit Blumen und toller aussicht. Nicht weit von Lindos. Parkplätze ebenfalls kein Problem und gleich vor der Haustür möglich. Negative: Ein paar kleinere Renovierungen wären gut, das untere Badezimmer war leider nicht mehr so gut instand gehalten. Ein größeres Thema war die Klimaanlage die in einem Schlafzimmer leider nicht so stark gekühlt hat. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man noch zur Verfügung stellen, zb Teppich bei den Eingängen (Terrasse), Küchentücher und Handseife in allen Bädern. Spa stand leider nicht zur Verfügung, was zwar schade war aber uns tatsächlich jetzt nicht gestört hat, da wir eh hauptsächlich im Pool waren.

All in all, my family and I had a pleasant stay. Positive: The place is quiet and serene with a lovely view of the sea. Also, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and well air conditioned. In addition to this, the hostess was helpful and the swimming pool was promptly cleaned. Negative: The location is not readily accessible due to being quite far from the town center. Unless one has their own vehicle/rented vehicle, you have to hire taxis and this made it very expensive for me. Internet connectivity was not very good. One of the bedrooms requires a closet.

Amazing view and relaxed Positive: The villa is really nice and well equipped. The view is just amazing and the private pool is a big highlight. The villa is also very clean and spacious. We liked our stay there Negative: Just small things that could easily be enhanced like adding a Microwave and making the shower curtains a bit longer because tbh they are too short that the whole bathroom gets wet anyways. Definitely u need a car if u are staying there but thats no issue if u are looking for something with such an offer

Brilliant family place Positive: It had everything we needed, including all new cookware and all utensils. The house manager was amazing, we had trouble getting a car so he took my husband down to the shops and even sorted out a rental for us, he went above and beyond. He was really helpful. Negative: It's a little out of the way. A car is definitely needed, but that's stated in the description when booking. They were updating and improving the area as they went along so I can imagine it will be amazing in time
