Positive: Magnifique appartement avec deux chambres spacieuses et très joliment décorées. Très bel espace extérieur. Beaucoup de choses très appréciables : deux télés, un mini four, des condiments et produits de toilette à disposition. La piscine n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour faire quelques longueurs. Un parking privé, des grandes surfaces à quelques centaines de mètres. L'emplacement est top à quelques kilomètres de Rhodes et de plages (de galets) magnifiques . Negative: Pas grand chose à redire à la rigueur pas de volets pour une opacité totale, un peu de mal à gérer l'eau chaude dans la douche et les moustiques le soir.

Positive: Μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα με πάρκινγκ κοντά στη πόλη της Ρόδου (15-20 λεπτά). Καυτό νερό (με χαμηλή πίεση) στο ντους όλο το 24ωρο. Άνετα κρεβάτια . Negative: 1. Δυστυχώς στα υπνοδωμάτια δεν υπάρχει συσκότιση. Δεν υπάρχουν παντζούρια, ούτε κουρτίνες απόλυτης συσκότισης σε όλα τα παράθυρα των υπνοδωματίων με αποτέλεσμα μόλις ξημερώσει του φως να εισέρχεται μέσα και να σε ξυπνάει. Επειδή οι εσωτερικές πόρτες των υπνοδωματίων είναι από τζάμι , μπαίνει μέσα και το φως απ' τη κουζίνα (ούτε εκεί υπάρχουν παντζούρια και κουρτίνες συσκότισης). Το διαμέρισμα είναι ακατάλληλο για κάποιον που χρειάζεται σκοτεινό χωρο για να κοιμηθεί απ' τις 06:00 το πρωί και μετά . Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχουν κουρτίνες black out σε όλα τα παράθυρα του διαμερίσματος. 2. Τα κλιματιστικά χρειάζονται καθαρισμό . Η μυρωδιά είναι κακή.
