Villa Sophia-Rhodes New Villa w/ stunning sea view

Positive: Really nice villa with an infinity pool. Air conditioning was working, and the owner was responsive and quick to dispatch technicians when needed. Two people were coming every morning to ensure the proper functioning of the pool. The view is absolutely stunning, although partially obstructed by new buildings. Negative: As others mentioned, there's a problem with water pressure, and we were left a few times without being able to shower without using bottled water. Additionally, the wifi stopped working and we couldn't find the router anywhere, even after asking the owner (who didn't know where it was). This does not really reflect the luxury that the villa suggests. Finally, the location is quite remote even from the remoteness of Pefkos. You cannot get anywhere without a vehicle.

We have stayed at Sophia many times , unfortunately we will not be returning.The villa was broken into whilst our family Positive: Views Negative: Unfortunately this villa has sadly lost its appeal . All toilet cisterns were either damaged or didn’t work correctly. Swimming pool had multiple tiles missing leaving sharp edges exposed. No welcome pack & poor communication from Dom Group who run the villa

Over all we have enjoyed our stay. Positive: Amazing view, new and modern property with good amenities. Comfortable beds, very nice terrace with dinning table and large sofa. Negative: The pool was a little small and it turned green after only 2 days, I would like to underline that we have used the pool only after sun set, we have not used any sun cream and shower before using it. I believe the pool water needed to be changed or was not treated properly and in due time. The cleaning of the house was not done very well, in the upstair room lots of big spiders, we have also find one on the living room sofa, in the living room behind the bookshelf it seems it passed a lot of time since it has seen any mop, we have found hair in the shower of the upstair room. No sign with the name outside. We arrived at night around 20:30, and we were not sure it was the right house, we have phoned both numbers received with the booking confirmation but they were both closed. We have just entered the yard without knowing it was the right place and found the box at the entrance, the pin matched so this is how we knew we found the right house. I must say we were a little panicked.

Positive: Location was great. Quiet place. Negative: Some issues with broken toilet flush. Internet was poor, but expected given the location.
