Würde ich nicht nochmal machen! Positive: Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut, aber natürlich auch laut. Der Innenhof ist grundsätzlich schön, aber auch dreckig. Es wurde für jede Wohnung ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung gestellt, das war super. Es gab keine Kakerlaken! Negative: Wie waren knapp eine Woche dort und haben weder frische Handtücher, noch frisches Bettzeug oder einen neuen Badvorleger bekommen. Stattdessen sollten wir die Sachen selbst in der Waschmaschine im Innenhof waschen (kein Stress, mach ich sofort) - diese hat leider nicht funktioniert, was bis zur Abreise nicht behoben werden konnte. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und es ist deshalb extrem von den anderen Gästen abhängig, ob es leise ist oder nicht. Schon bei unserer Ankunft war es dreckig - Haare im Badezimmer, erschlagene Mosquitos am Schrank, extrem viele Makeup Reste am Regal - Geschirr dreckig, Sand, Steinchen.. Die Luft in der kleinen Unterkunft war furchtbar und ohne Klima nicht auszuhalten. Die Dusche war sehr schimmelig und wirklich eklig, die Türe des Badezimmers schon aufgequollen vom Wasser. Das Bett war unbequem und durchgelegen...

Super Positive: Très bien positionné dans un quartier vivant de Rhodes, le studio avait tout les équipements et le confort nécessaires pour passer de super vacances

Positive: We stayed in the apartment for four nights. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. It is right in the city centre, close to the beach and the main streets, and the self check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. Negative: Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The photos do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the apartment. There was no information that the only window faces directly onto the staircase, meaning that neighbours can see straight into the apartment. We had to keep the window covered throughout our entire stay, so there was virtually no natural daylight. The air conditioning was also not working properly. When running for a longer period, it would drip water directly onto the bed and the pillow we were sleeping on. The condition of the furnishings was disappointing as well. There were rusty handles, bathroom doors that were practically falling apart, a toilet paper holder coming away from the wall, one light bulb that did not work and another that had been pulled out of the ceiling. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. The glasses were not properly washed, there was dust on the cabinets, and the table was sticky. Additionally, someone had left the window open before our arrival, which resulted in a large number of mosquitoes getting inside. As we arrived in the evening, the first night was very uncomfortable because we were constantly being bitten. The owner should also provide basic information for guests, such as the Wi-Fi password and, more importantly, instructions on how to turn on the hot water. Our first shower was cold because we did not know how to activate it. Considering that we arrived in the evening, it was frustrating that we only received answers to these questions the following morning. It is a shame because the location is genuinely excellent. However, the condition of the apartment, the level of cleanliness and the significant differences between the listing and the actual apartment make it difficult to recommend this place.

The perfect studio in Rhodes new town Positive: Great location- close to amazing restaurant and 10 min walk from the beach! Host was very friendly and helped us out! Negative: It can get a bit noisy due to the restaurants, but nothing crazy. Its not suitable for people who want to rent a car.

Had very good time and stayed almost 2 weeks! It wasn’t noisy at all ☺️ Positive: It was clean and quiet, loved to just eat or drink wine in our yard! Would definitely stay there again ☺️ Negative: It was all good
