Great property, very clean and modern. Host always available if needed. The pool was immaculate and looked lovely in the Positive: Great property, very clean and modern. The pool was immaculate. Negative: Nothing at all. I would say the property is quite isolated so you do need a car - which we had so no issues for us :)

Positive: Villa, pool and view. We very much appreciated the excellent service of the villa representative as you are on your own in a delightful and quiet area. Negative: Not suitable for people without a car. There is a villa in front which isn't shown in the picture, but it doesn't spoil the view. However, it would give you a better idea as to the location of the sea. The beach sun loungers near the villa are privately owned. You need to walk much further along a pebble beach to get to a 'small beach resort'. The other route to it (and also to a taverna) is via the road, no path.

Ok Positive: Pool und Ausblick waren gut. Wohnungsverwalterin/Betreuerin kann Deutsch. Einfache Schlüsselübergabe. Negative: WiFi im unteren Stockwerk quasi nicht nutzbar. Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Die Sonnenliegen waren teilweise schon ziemlich ramponiert (Fehlende Räder, Einrastmechanismus defekt). Der Weg zum Strand ist nichtmehr so kurz wie auf der Webseite angegeben, da die frühere Beachbar jetzt eine Villa ist und man dadurch dort nichtmehr durch kann. Die Magnetschlüssel zum freischalten des Stromes sind einfach nur extrem nervig. Was bei einer Villa dieser Preisklasse meiner Meinung nach fehlt: Eine Spülmaschine und Sonnenschirme. Und angesichts der Tatsache dass kein Klopapier in die Toilette soll: Ein Bidet oder ähnliches.

Urlaub auf Rhodos in lachania war naja okay. Positive: Das Haus war von außen Toll, auch der Garten und der Pool sauber. super. Die Vermittlerin war super freundlich und nett, hat uns viele Attraktionen genannt und wo man super Essen kann.Wir durften die frischen Feigen und Trauben vom Baum essen, waren lecker und super süß. . Negative: Im Haus war viel verwohnt, schlechte Küchenutensilien (viel kaputt) nicht mehr benutzbar. Keine Toilettenbürste, Tür Zarge viel ab, kein Abwaschlappen und Spülmittel (was eigentlich zum Standart gehört) zwei Schlafmatratzen waren total durchgelegen und die Feder schauten raus. Auf Rhodos war es ganz schön dreckig, schlechte Parkmöglichkeite.n und schlechte Straßen.
